Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return policy

Your satisfaction is my main goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will offer a refund (less shipping) up to 7 days after receipt, on the condition that the piece is returned undamaged.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer including insurance.

If your piece gets lost or damaged, I offer a replacement or full refund.

In case of damage, I require it is filed immediately upon same day of arrival. Please take photos of the package and the damaged piece and send it to me so that the case can be filed properly. Also, I do not take responsibility for lost / damaged package that are shipped back to me. If the package is lost during returning process I will not refund.
