I ship out your artworks within 1-2 business days after I receive your payment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details

The artwork will be shipped fully insured and packaged with the greatest care.

I will send all shipments to your email address that you provide, therefore, please make sure your email is correct.

At artofdio or Dio Art , we  want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. We believe   that the creation of a bridge between consumers and world artists depends on high quality products and extraordinary customer service.
When will I get my refund?
Credit for returned products will be issued within 1-5 business days of receipt of the returned   merchandise using the same form of payment originally used for the order.
 Important Notes and Restrictions:            
 Refunds will not be available if  the returned products have been damaged or altered in any   way before arriving at the Return Center.  Artofdio or dio art is not responsible for loss or any   costs incurred (including   freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned to any address other than artofdio or Dio Art  Return Center. No refunds or returns on custom orders.      As a safeguard against potential abuse, artofdio or Dio Art reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.

Returning the item(s) to artofdio or Dio Art. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs,   please use a trackable shipping service EMS, UPS, FedEx,  to ensure that all items are received at the Returns Center in good order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete ?
At artofdio or Dio Art , your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged or   incorrect item, or if part of your order is missing, please notify artofdio or Dio Art immediately.   The best way to report any problem with your order is to email artofdio or Dio Art at   info@artofdio.com.  In your message, please include your name, order or item title, and email  address, and provide as much detail as possible about the situation artofdio or Dio Art  will be happy to replace any damaged/incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available.
